Emperor’s Palace is the absolute king of Asian buffets. This buffet will tempt you to skip lunch in order to eat more food that night. This Chesterfield Valley restaurant has one of the largest varieties of food in St. Louis. Varieties include Japanese, Mongolian, Western, Chinese and many more.
After walking past the two giant copper woks, diners will find themselves in a miniature city of food. There is a section with a large variety of different sushi, they have everything from traditional cuts to a hot and spicy kind. Next to the sushi bar lies a Mongolian BBQ section. This section offers the opportunity to make any kind of noodles possible. Customers grab a bowl and fill it with noodles and vegetables, add their selection of meats including pork, chicken and even octopus, and then add sauces of their choice. When their concoction is complete, they hand place it behind the counter to be fried.
Along with these specialties, there are over 200 different kinds of food to try. It’s impossible to try a bite of everything in just one visit. Dessert offers endless amounts of soft serve ice cream or a chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows.
Emperor’s Palace is located at 17360 Chesterfield Airport Road and is open until 10:00 every Friday and Saturday, and 9:00 every other night.
