Kyle Carter Workshop
KHS journalism students from TKC and Pioneer yearbook spent the day with Richland High School journalism adviser Kyle Carter at a photojournalism workshop Oct. 5. The photographers practiced using different settings on their cameras to achieve a good shot. “I would [recommend this workshop to other photographers],” Ally Gooden, sophomore, said. “Especially the summer camp, because you can work with him, but you don’t have to feel like you have to be a part of a publication. If you are [part of a publication], this is definitely something you should do, because it helps you learn different skills. Even if you already know how to shoot well, it’s still good to be around other photographers and maybe even help others on your staff. ” Photographers that attended the workshop’s pictures are featured in the above gallery.
