Recycled emotions
When the City of Kirkwood decided it may end curbside recycling, a series of mixed emotions spread throughout the community. This editorial cartoon displays how residents reacted to the cancellation of curbside recycling services. The emotions on the picture represent how people felt shocked, angry, sad and confused. Although the decision to take curbside recycling away from Kirkwood has been reversed, there is still possibility of recycling ending in six months to a year. This cartoon is even more important because it represents the impact it could have on people in the future.Madelyn Rehkop
