Artists’ take #2: 2020
At the start of each TKC cycle, the artists are given a prompt for Artists’ Take. As the year comes to a close, this cycle’s prompt is “2020.” Artists’ Take is an opportunity for TKC’s artists to freely showcase their styles and abilities. This cycle, art editors Graesen Joyce, Audrey Blaine and Merry Schlarman, as well as artists Elena Sherwood, Emma Frizzell, Katherine Stobbe, Samantha Roth and Elizabeth Yenzer depicted how the year 2020 has looked for them in various art styles and color palettes.
