Five snacks for when you can’t sleep

Midnight cravings: one minute you’re snug as a bug in dreamland, the next you’re wide awake with a growling stomach that just can’t wait until breakfast. So you creep down the stairs, trying not to trip over your own feet, and grab the first edible thing you see in the kitchen. But aren’t you tired of late night spoonfuls of peanut butter and handfuls of chocolate chips? It’s about time you brought your midnight snacking game up a level. With these low-prep and yummy recipes, you’ll never have to worry about going back to bed hungry.

Cinnamon sugar toast
Hummus and veggies
Banana peanut butter split
Flavored popcorn
