North Glendale named blue ribbon school
North Glendale is one of seven schools in Missouri to be named a Blue Ribbon school. Each year, the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program distinguishes private and public elementary, middle and high schools based on overall academic excellence as well their ability to close achievement gaps among diverse subgroups of students. The program was created in 1982 and since then has given the award to over 7,500 schools nationwide.
“Winning this award speaks to the amazing parents and staff who always put the kids first and the awesome educational community building around the school,” Todd Benben, North Glendale principal, said.
