Kirkwood Varsity wrestling has practice on Nov. 13th, 2018 in the wrestling room. They’ve had no matches yet, but have been practicing a lot of different skills and techniques. Their first match is the Intra-squad meet in the KHS Denver Miller gym. “[We warm up] to get our bodies loose [because] in wrestling you are put in a lot of strange positions,” Connor Costello, senior, said. “Stretching every part of your body will help.”
