Photo Gallery: Kirkwood Boys Freshman Soccer Game vs. Mehlville High School
On Wednesday, October 6 at 4:15 p.m. Kirkwood High Schools’s Freshman Boys Soccer team played against Mehville High School. They all gathered for a home game in Kirkwood’s soccer field, and with lots of sweat, yelling and yellow cards the score came close
“We love and believe in you Kirkwood. Keep it up.” A group of Kirkwood parents from the side lines chanted. “We want to be the team’s biggest supporters through their games, and encourage their best effort.”

Mark Borella is a 1984 Kirkwood alum who owns and operates the Seeds of Happiness studio.
"A friend of mine's son was sick, and we knew he wasn't going to make it. I made a handful of these little smiles, [and gave it to the family.] I said maybe you can hold on to [them] until you get your smile back. [The family] said 'it would be very selfish if I didn't tell you to do this for other people.'"
