Photo Gallery: Hallway Decorating
On Nov. 22 the KHS student body was allowed to stay after school and decorate their assigned hallway. Freshman, sophomores, and juniors stayed until 9:00 p.m, while seniors stayed until the early hours of the morning. Each hallway had a theme and a designated space for the classes to work. The freshmen had the English hallway and a theme of “Winter Wonderland,” and the Sophomores chose “Decades” for the math building. The junior class decorated the social studies hallway with “Mario Kart,” and the senior class picked “Phineas and Ferb,” for the senior hallway.
“My favorite part [of the hallway decorating] was just hanging out with my friends and messing around, painting clouds on the walls and making fires for ‘Bowser’s Castle,'” Cai Morrow, junior, said. “I feel like it turned out well, even though the tissue paper on the floor got all torn up.”
