On Saturday, Nov. 5th, Kirkwood High School hosted the annual Kirkwood-Webster Friendship Dance. The Sensory dance started at 6:00 p.m and went till 7:00 p.m. Then, the Friendship Dance was held from 7:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. Although, around 9:00pm the DJs stopped the music for the announcements of Queen and King for Friendship Court for both Webster and Kirkwood. At 9:30 p.m. people went back to dancing until 10:00 p.m, when the dance officially ended. Addie Campbell, senior, was able to share her incite over the whole night.
“I know people have mixed opinions about doing it with Webster but I like seeing friends from Kirkwood and Webster get to come together and have their dance together,” Campbell said. “My favorite part was dancing with Riley Coffman at the Sensory dance.”
