In an annual tradition at Kirkwood High School, students gather in the David Holley assembly hall to celebrate the start of the football season. The pep rally consisted of the band preforming, both the cheerleaders and pommies preforming routines and cheering, as well as competitions between the classes to show their spirit. Allison Politsch, junior, says she enjoys pep rallies because, “It’s fun to cheer with friends and show our school spirit”.
