The club was made by Mandy Melton, biology teacher, Lindsey Carvalho, Elizabeth Landry and Haley Mitchell, juniors. “Some of my students this year found out that I started keeping bees last year and that I wanted to get a beehive here on campus,” Melton said. “They said ‘why don’t we make a bee club’ and I said ‘do it’”.
