It is the second to last game of the season and the freshmen girls’ basketball team has a second chance against Lindbergh, after losing to them earlier in the season. They tied the score in the third quarter and then pulled ahead in the fourth quarter to win 38-29 against Lindbergh Jan. 31. “We’ve been working a lot on defense at our practices, and I feel like at this game, we were all about it,“ Olivia Giardino, freshman, said. “We played [Lindbergh] at the beginning of the season and they beat us, so I think we had a little encouragement to play well.”
