With the NBA season now in full swing, collegiate hoops is just around the corner. Jump shots, buzzer beaters, and electrifying dunks are soon to come. The University of Kentucky finished last season as the country’s number one, but things sure have changed over the offseason. A previously non-ranked team has now shifted into the rankings as well as a 2012 final four participant squeezing their way into number two. Pure talent fills the UCLA roster, however they failed to make it into the top 10 of this year’s preseason rankings. Power remains in the midwest this year with six of the ten teams from that area. Here is the top 10 list.
